In such cases, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process to ensure your satisfaction. Please see our return policy below.

Return Policy

We aim to provide the best products and services. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Your order includes a printed return guide explaining the return procedure.
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund to cover freight costs.

Return shipping fees:

Denmark: DKK 50
EU countries: €6
Norway and Switzerland: €15
Rest of the World: : €15
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items.
Express delivery costs are not refundable.

Handling fees of package not collected from pickup points:
Please make sure to collect your order from the pickup point within the specified time. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee for unclaimed parcels will apply.

Disclaimer:

- Vouchers cannot be refunded.
- Items purchased on the Elvstrøm Sails webshop cannot be returned to Elvstrøm Sails dealers.
- Items purchased at a dealer can only be returned to that same dealer according to their return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

At Elvstrøm SailWear, you have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

Complete the return form here: Traede
Return the product in the same condition you received it, including tags and packaging.
Ensure the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
You may reuse the original packaging; remember to place the return label on the outside of the package.
Seal the package securely with tape and attach the included return label.
For safe delivery, we recommend using the enclosed return label.
Drop off your package at the nearest parcel shop and retain the receipt, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items. (return shipping costs are deducted if our return label is used).

Handling of Returned Goods

Returned products are carefully inspected. If they are deemed resalable, they are restocked and sold again, helping to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
