Terms of Sale and Shipping Information

When you place an order on the Elvstrøm Sailwear A/S webshop, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to the following terms of sale.

General Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 days

  • EU: 2–4 days

  • Norway and Switzerland: 3–5 days

  • Rest of the world 3-7 days 

Shipping Within Denmark

  • For deliveries within Denmark, you can choose between GLS or Bring.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on orders of 999 DKK or more (free shipping applies only to parcel shop deliveries).

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from the shipping carrier.

Shipping Indside EU

  • For deliveries to EU countries we use UPS or DHL

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping is available for orders above:

    • EU: €135

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from the freight provider.

Shipping Outside EU

  • For deliveries outside EU countries we use UPS, Fedex or DHL
  • Free shipping is available for orders above:

  • Norway and Switzerland: €230
    (Free shipping applies only to parcel shop deliveries.)

  • United Kingdom 200€

Import Duties & Taxes (Orders Outside the EU)

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges must be paid by you upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, and administrative fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries are handled by GLS, Bring, DHL, Fedex or UPS

  • Orders are shipped within 1 working day after receipt, provided the items are in stock.

  • Shipping costs depend on weight and delivery region; all rates are displayed at checkout

Your Rights

  • You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items, allowing you to return goods for a refund.

  • To ensure a successful return, all products must be unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
