Delivery and returns
On this page you will find our shipping and return policy;
- You are entitled to exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase within a 30-day period after receiving the products. This allows you to return the goods for a refund or exchange them for a different size.
- To ensure a successful return, please make sure that all products are returned in unused condition, with the labels intact, and packaged in their original packaging.
- Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
NOTE: Currently we only ship to EU countries, Noway and United Kingdom.

Norway: 3-5 days
United Kingdom: 3-5 days
Inside EU: 2-4 days
Shipping inside Denmark:
- For orders with delivery within Denmark, you can choose between GLS or Bring
It costs DKK 65 to ship your package within Denmark.
We offer free shipping on orders at or above 1000 DKK.
After you have finalized your purchase online, you will receive a mail with your invoice of the purchase and a tracking number from GLS on mail.
Shipping in EU, Norway and United Kingdom:
For orders with delivery inside EU, Norway and United Kingdom, we use UPS.
Shipping is calculated at checkout on the webpage. The shipping fee is added at the checkout on the webpage and are calculated in euros.

United Kingdom: €230
After you have finalized your purchase online, you will receive a mail with your invoice for the purchase and a tracking number from the freight forwarder on mail.
Return information and procedure:
We strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. – Please see our return policy below
Return Policy:
Your order includes a printed return guide, which briefly explations the return procedure.
If you want to return an item and have a refound, the return shipping cost is deducted from the amount you get refunded, to cover the return freight cost.
Return-shipping freight costs: (Valid from 1 May 2024)
Inside Denmark – DKK 50
Inside EU – €6
Norway and United Kingdom - €15
Your refundable amount is transferred to your account, normally within 5 working days.
Express delivery costs are not refundable.
Disclaimer:
- It is not possible to have a refund of a voucher value.
- It is not possible to return an item purchased on the webshop at Elvstrøm Sails or at any Elvstrøm Sails dealers.
- Items purchased at a dealer can only be returned at the same dealer of purchase, according to their policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
At Elvstrøm Sailwear you have 30 days returns policy which means you have 30 days from receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
In order to claim your right of returning an item the following must be complied:
- Fill out the Return Form online
- The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, including tags and packaging.
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Feel free to reuse the original packaging you have received the order in. Remember to include the return label on the outside of the package.
- Close the package securely with tape and apply the enclosed return label to the outside of the package.
- In order for your goods to be returned safely, we recommend that you use the enclosed return label.
- Hand in your return package at the nearest GLS (Denmark) or UPS (EU) package shop and remember to get a receipt for your parcel, as you are responsible for the parcel until the return delivery reaches us.
- When we have received your return package, the amount for the goods is transferred to your account normally within 5 working days (The return cost is deducted if you have used our return label).
