General Shipping Information
Estimated Delivery Times:

• Denmark: 1–3 days

• EU countries: 2–4 days

• Norway and Switzerland: 3–5 days

Shipping within Denmark:

• For orders delivered within Denmark, you can choose between GLS or Bring.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping is available for orders of 885 DKK or more (applies only to delivery to parcel shops).

• Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from the shipping carrier.

Shipping to EU, Norway, and Switzerland:

• Orders to EU countries, Norway, and the United Kingdom are shipped via UPS or DHL

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in euros.

• Free shipping is available for orders above:

  • EU: €120

  • Norway and Switzerland: €230
    (Applies only to delivery to parcel shops.)

• After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from the freight forwarder.

Return Policy

• Your order includes a printed return guide, which explains the return procedure.

• If you wish to return an item for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover freight costs.

Return shipping fees:

• Denmark: DKK 50

• EU countries: €6

• Norway and Switzerland: €15

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days.

• Express delivery costs are not refundable.

Handling fees of package not collected from pickup points:
Please make sure to collect your order from the pickup point within the specified time. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee for unclaimed parcels will apply.

• Denmark: 50 DKK

• EU countries: €13

• Norway and Switzerland: €15
