Shipping and Return Policy

Special Note:
All orders placed in November and December 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026.

Right of Withdrawal:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the products. This allows you to return the goods for a refund or exchange them for a different size.

  • To ensure a successful return, all products must be returned in unused condition, with labels intact, and packaged in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Areas:

  • Currently, we only ship to EU countries, Norway, and Switzerland.

  • For orders outside these areas, please contact your local Elvstrøm Sails dealer.

General Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 days

  • EU countries: 2–4 days

  • Norway and Switzerland: 3–5 days

Shipping within Denmark:

  • Delivery options: GLS or Bring

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping for orders of 750 DKK or more (applies to parcel shop delivery only).

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from GLS.

Shipping to EU, Norway, and Switzerland:

  • Orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in euros.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above:

    • EU: €99

    • Norway and Switzerland: €230
      (Applies to parcel shop delivery only)

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice and a tracking number from the freight forwarder.

Return Policy

We aim to provide the best products and services. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

  • Your order includes a printed return guide explaining the return procedure.

  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund to cover freight costs.

Return shipping fees (valid from 1 May 2024):

  • Denmark: DKK 50

  • EU countries: €6

  • Norway and Switzerland: €15

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days.

  • Express delivery costs are not refundable.

Disclaimer:

  • Vouchers cannot be refunded.

  • Items purchased on the Elvstrøm Sails webshop cannot be returned to Elvstrøm Sails dealers.

  • Items purchased at a dealer can only be returned to that same dealer according to their return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Return Procedure:

  1. Fill out the return form here: [Traede]

  2. Ensure products are returned in the same condition as received, including tags and packaging.

  3. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  4. You may reuse the original packaging. Include the return label on the outside of the package.

  5. Secure the package with tape and attach the enclosed return label.

  6. Drop off your return at the nearest GLS (Denmark) or UPS (EU) parcel shop and keep the receipt, as you are responsible until the package reaches us.

  7. Once your return is received, the refund (minus return shipping costs if using our label) will be processed within 5 working days.

Handling of Returned Goods

  • Returned products are carefully inspected.

  • If deemed resalable, products are restocked and resold, helping to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

  • This supports Elvstrøm SailWear’s commitment to environmental responsibility while offering customers sustainable purchasing options.
