Story of the style
Melbourne 56 was the second big appearance for the Finn, and after a strong debut four years prior, Paul Elvstrøm continued his winning streak on the biggest stage of them all. Elvstrøm faced a troubled start to the event with technical difficulties in the first races. However, his luck turned from race 4, and Elvstrøm rose to his second Finn GOLD in a row – his third in total.
