Story of the style
St. Petersburg 62 was the big comeback for Paul Elvstrøm, who decided to take a break from racing after the win in Naples in 1960. It was a strong comeback with a GOLD medal in St. Petersburg, Florida, in Flying Dutchman. This win also stands out as it was one of the few where Paul Elvstrøm was crewing and not at the helm.
